The Grand Duchy of Folkvangr Folkvangr is a loose association of smaller fiefs and domains headed by an elected Duke and Duchess. Nearly all of the country is nestled tightly in the side of a crescent-shaped mountain range which also acts as a barrier between it and the Brecian states to the south.
The greatest testament to the integration of magic and steam lies in the masterpiece capital city, Sessrumnir, nestled in the side of one of the largest mountains on the northern side of Madara.
The United City-States of Brecia Brecia is a commonwealth of independent states under a constitutional, autocratic rule that has lasted for centuries. Composed of a large land mass on the eastern side of the continent and its nearby islands, Brecia boasts a powerful navy and advanced steam technology.
Its capital, Grevica, is located on the main land mass and provides the cultural and educational center of the Brecian states.
The Republic of Nortica Nortica is an aristocracy that has lasted centuries, spanning across the north western part of the continent. It is ruled by an iron fist and is known to be a heavily industrialized country. Magic is banned within its limits and the country and royalty pride themselves in creating some of the most advanced technology. Even though they have alliances with the other countries on the continent, it is well known they would not mind taking more territory with highly train military forces.
